Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 차트 게임 (Chart Game), provided by Dansoon ("we", "us", or "our"), processes information when you use the Application. The Application is a simulated trading game with free features, advertisements, optional BULL purchases, and PRO subscriptions. In-game funds are virtual and do not represent a real brokerage account.
Information We Process
Depending on the platform and features you use, we process the following information:
- Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your account identifier, email address, and basic profile information made available by Google, such as your name and profile image. Our authentication service also processes authentication tokens and session information. We do not receive your Google password. In the Apps in Toss version, we use an app-specific user identifier provided by Toss to identify your game account.
- Game information: Your nickname, game results, wins and losses, virtual asset balance, ranking information, BULL balances, reward records, and account-related changes. Your nickname and ranking-related game statistics may be visible to other users on leaderboards.
- Purchase and subscription information: Product identifiers, order identifiers, purchase tokens or related identifiers, purchase and refund status, subscription periods, renewal status, and benefit-grant records. We use these records to verify purchases, deliver benefits, restore purchases, prevent duplicate grants, and handle refunds. Payments are processed by Google Play or Toss, depending on the platform. We do not collect your full payment-card number or card security code.
- Technical and advertising information: Our infrastructure and advertising providers may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, operating-system and app information, request timestamps, diagnostic information, and interactions with advertisements. IP addresses may be used to estimate a general location. The Application does not request precise GPS location.
- Support information: If you contact us, we process your email address and the information you choose to include in your request.
The Application also stores information on your device, such as session data, settings, tutorial progress, and an unfinished game, to support normal operation and resume your experience.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users; save game progress; provide rankings; manage virtual currency and rewards; verify and restore purchases; manage subscriptions; display and measure advertisements; maintain security; prevent abuse and duplicate transactions; resolve technical issues; and respond to support or privacy requests.
We do not use your Google account information to send marketing emails.
Service Providers and Disclosures
Information is processed by service providers where needed to operate the Application. This information is not necessarily anonymous: for example, account identifiers and purchase information are needed for authentication and purchase verification.
- Google Sign-In and Google Play: Authentication and Android purchase/subscription processing. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob: Advertising in the Android Application. Its SDK may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, and protect advertising services. Google advertising information.
- Supabase: Authentication and storage of account, game, and purchase-related data. Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: Hosting and server-side request processing, including purchase verification and subscription notifications. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Toss / Apps in Toss: User identification, purchases, subscriptions, and advertising when you use the Application within Toss. These services are also governed by the privacy notices available through Toss.
We may disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal request, protect users and the service, or investigate fraud or security incidents. We do not sell account or game records to data brokers.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their applicable privacy notices describe their processing and safeguards.
Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and game information is retained to maintain your account and provide the service. You may request deletion of your Chart Game account and associated personal information by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Chart Game account deletion". Include your in-game nickname and, for Google sign-in, the email address associated with the game account. Do not send your password, authentication tokens, or payment-card details. We may request information necessary to verify that the account belongs to you.
We review verified requests and delete the associated information unless retention is required or permitted for a specific legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purpose. Purchase, refund, and benefit records may need to be retained for these purposes. If information must be retained, we will explain the applicable reason and retention period when responding to your request. Such records are retained only for as long as necessary for that purpose or required by applicable law.
Uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete your server-side account, purchase records, or subscription. A subscription may continue renewing after uninstalling the Application or requesting account deletion. Manage or cancel it through Google Play or Toss, as applicable. Deleting a Chart Game account does not delete your Google or Toss account. Those providers handle their own records under their policies.
Your Choices
You can use features available without sign-in without creating a Google-linked game account. Account-dependent features require authentication. You can manage supported advertising privacy controls in your device or Google account settings, and choose whether to watch optional rewarded advertisements.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or exercise other applicable privacy rights by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Security
We use measures such as encrypted network connections, access controls, and restricted server-side processing to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Application or our processing practices. We will publish the updated policy with a revised effective date and provide any additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
